Rob Saik
Founder & CEO
Robert Saik is a distinguished agrologist, entrepreneur, and international consultant with over 40 years of experience in the agriculture industry. He is the founder and CEO of T1 Tech Corporation, the developed of AI-powered solution, Vi by visorPRO.
He has founded over 15 companies in farming, agri-retail, and agtech, and is the author of “FOOD 5.0” and “The Agriculture Manifesto.” Recognized as one of Canada’s Top 50 Most Influential Agriculture Leaders, Rob has addressed global audiences, including the FAO-UN, and serves on several boards to advance sustainable agriculture and technology.
Rob was named Provincial Distinguished Agrologist of the Year (2006) and Canadian Agri-Marketer of the Year (2016).
Brock Moir
Chief Product Officer
Brock Moir is a seasoned data science and product leader with over 8 years of experience building data-powered products and solutions. He leads the product and engineering teams at Vi by visorPRO, focusing on delivering outcomes that drive company growth and customer success.
He has guided business leaders through digital transformations at the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute (amii) and fostered collaboration between corporate innovation labs and top AI talent. His track record includes collaborating with world leaders in sectors ranging from agriculture and construction to healthcare and energy efficiency.
Brock holds a Master of Science degree, earned through research on sub-atomic particle collisions at the Large Hadron Collider.
John Schmeiser
Chief Operating Officer
John Schmeiser is a highly respected veteran of the equipment industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Vi by visorPRO. With a career marked by strategic growth, he focuses on driving the sale and integration of innovative solutions into dealer networks.
He previously served as President and COO of the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA), where he gained deep insights into market trends and the evolving needs of the farm equipment and construction sectors. His work is instrumental in forging strong dealer relationships and propelling revenue growth.
Kersti Rasmussen
Marketing Director
Kersti Rasmussen is a marketing and communications leader with over 10 years of experience driving growth, brand strategy, and partnerships.
She’s led teams and managed million-dollar budgets across heavy equipment dealership, technology and professional service sectors—always with a focus on driving market expansion, engagement and long-term impact.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dalhousie University, Graduate Degree in Public Relations from Western University, and Master of Business Administration from the University of Aberdeen.
Matt Grant
Business Development Director
Matthew Grant is a business development leader with nearly 30 years of experience driving sales, international expansion, and technology adoption.
He’s led global strategies and distribution channels across the precision agriculture and equipment sectors—always with a focus on helping dealerships and farmers adopt practical solutions that deliver measurable operational results.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Business from the University of Guelph.
Miranda Carr
Financial Controller & Operations Manager
Miranda Carr is a Financial Controller and Operations Manager responsible for overseeing Vi by visorPRO’s accounting and human resources.
She leads budgeting, financial reporting, compliance and human resources operations—ensuring operational discipline and organizational efficiency. Miranda also manages government grant initiatives to strengthen the company’s financial foundation to support long-term growth and innovation.
Wilson Schultz
Product Manager
Wilson Schultz is a Product Manager dedicated to advancing the agricultural industry through evidence-based product strategy. He specializes in the discovery phase, utilizing user research and rapid prototyping to ensure product-market fit.
He manages rigorous backlog prioritization and stakeholder alignment to connect business goals with user needs. Passionate about agtech, Wilson is committed to empowering agricultural decision-makers with confidence-building technology.
Wilson holds a Diploma in Agriculture Commerce from Olds College.
Anthony Biglieni
Customer Success Specialist
Anthony Biglieni is a Customer Success Specialist focused on helping equipment dealerships achieve measurable operational improvements with Vi by visorPRO. He supports onboarding, adoption, and long-term engagement to ensure customers realize the full value of the platform.
He brings 20 years in the equipment industry across dealership leadership, OEM sales, and product support with Brandt, Pattison Agriculture, and JCB North America. His background provides a practical understanding of dealer operations and customer needs.
Anthony holds Diplomas in Ag Business and Crop Technology from Lakeland College.
