The visorPRO Network Experience (ViNE) brings together a select group of equipment dealership leaders for two and a half days of candid, peer-driven conversation about what’s working with AI, and what isn’t. It’s built around small group discussions, hands-on exercises, and direct access to the team behind Vi. You’ll leave with a practical implementation roadmap, a clearer view of where AI is headed, and a network of peers you can call on long after the event ends.

 

 

Event Details

  • When: June 16–18, 2026. 
  • Where: Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago O’Hare, 5500 N River Rd, Rosemont, IL 60018, United States. Hotel booking link. 
  • Cost: Program, food and beverage and tickets to the Chicago Cubs vs. Colorado Rockies game are all included. Travel and lodging are the responsibility of each attendee.
  • Who: Equipment dealership leaders from across North America. Attendance is by invitation only.
  • What to bring: A laptop for hands-on exercises. Notebooks, pens, and all session materials are provided.

Day 1 | Tuesday, June 16 | 7:00 PM – 10:30 PM

An evening welcome reception kicks things off. The first chance to meet the dealership leaders and Vi team members you’ll spend the next two days with.

 

Day 2 | Wednesday, June 17 | 7:00 AM – LATE

A full day of structured sessions and peer-driven roundtables around AI and dealership operations capped off with a dinner near Wrigley Field and a Chicago Cubs vs. Colorado Rockies game.

 

Day 3 | Thursday, June 18 | 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM 

The final morning shifts from possibility to execution: defining ROI on AI, learning what works (and what doesn’t) in integrations, and building a 30/60/90 plan to put it all in motion. Wraps by noon.
