Bilow most recently served in executive leadership at Gooseneck Implement, a 13-store John Deere dealership group spanning North and South Dakota. Throughout his career, he has led digital transformation strategies, accelerated agtech adoption, and built high-performing sales and aftermarket teams across multiple geographies and business models.
